No, this isn't about Britney Spears' song. It isn't about the chemical compounds symbolized by the skull and bones figure either. I'm referring to persons, human beings who suffer the toxicity syndrome without them knowing it and eventually hurting and causing harm to the people around them.

We all know them, or at least one of them.
He's the supervisor who constantly berates his employees.
The team leader who creates division within the group instead of harmony.
The manager who never listens to their input.
The leader who doesnt take no for an answer and doesnt like members who disagree with him.
Someone who saps the energy of others, belittling, petty and loud.
One who considers himself better than everyone else and doesnt care who knows it. One who doesnt look and treat a person as a human being whose value is far more than his position or wealth.
A person who hurts the feelings of others and creates an unpleasant feeling in the workplace.

Look around you. You may spot toxic persons. it could be your boss, supervisor, professor, colleague, or perhaps, even yourself.
