sometimes i procrastinate things, and hated myself only after ive realized that i had put things off again.
like just now, im supposed to go to cdo today to get a passport.
i could have hitched a ride and save 500 bucks if i had only worked on my NBI clearance and NSO authenticated birth certificate earlier.
I could have spent that money for other things and i could have watched PBB housemates in SM this afternoon.
oh well, that's a lesson learned for me.
